It was a beautiful, mild, sunny day so after "scooping poop" in the corral and shelter, I threw the halters on the boys and we went for a walk.  I did some flexing, backing and general "act like a crazy person" to desensitize them and they were great so we went down to 14 and back, then stopped along the creek to dig for grass under the snow.  They spooked a little in the driveway again, though.
