Well, Clinton Anderson is supposed to be coming to the house tomorrow; still no word on whether he'll be able to see the horses, so Dave and I made our regular visit tonight.  We groomed them both then gave them massages with the hand-held one.  I also clipped Phoenix's bridle path and fetlocks since he looked like he had a Mohawk again.  Onyx's hoof looks better, but there's still a big chip.

This is shaping up to be one of the coldest weeks this winter so far - they said it was -20 Celsius with the windchill today, but thankfully there wasn't much wind.  Still, the boys were turned out with their blankets on today and after mucking their stalls, Omar and Andrea suggested I bring them back inside for the rest of the day.  Onyx was his typical friendly self, so he was rewarded by being taken out first with an easy lead back.  Phoenix was left alone (which he doesn't like) and then I made him back halfway to the barn!
