Groomed Onyx and Phoenix after work tonight, but they'd just been fed so they weren't in any mood to socialize.  Visited with Rob and Elsa for almost 2-1/2 hours, though!

It was quite cold tonight, so Dave wanted to go out and check on Onyx to make sure he didn't need a blanket.  It actually wasn't too bad out there, though, so we didn't blanket him after grooming the boys.  The hill up to the barn is a sheet of ice so it was a challenge to get the big boy up and down, but he didn't have too much trouble.  Phoenix is shedding like crazy already and was a little grumpy about me brushing between his legs, so I desensitized for awhile.

The boys took a long time to eat this morning, so we went into town for lunch and groceries and let them finish and digest their food.  😊  By the time we got home it was pretty late in the afternoon, so we just left the boys in the front pasture and worked on doing a major rehaul of the shelter and raking the somewhat thawed corral.  We groomed them, too, while they had their supper.
