Phoenix lightly bit me on the bum today when I was using the curry comb on his belly so he got a little Lungeing for Respect, backing, and yielding of the hindquarters before he humbly returned to the barn and the grooming resumed.  We took both of the boys on a long walk and aside from spooking at a loud pick-up and trailer combination, they were both very well-behaved.  We even had a car full of people compliment us on how beautiful the boys are!  We also watered inside and out.

After yesterday's excitement with Onyx and the roundpen, we left the horses in the corral in the morning and then opened up the gate to the front pasture before we headed into town for groceries  It's still really soggy there, though, and the horses were back in the corral when we came home.  We took them up towards Acey's on our walk this evening and they got a little agitated by his dogs, but overall they did pretty good.
