Refresher with Phoenix and stopping when I say "whoa" and standing, then some light longeing in a very soggy pasture.  He did awesome, though he responds so well to voice command!  Then, yielding of hindquarters and trying to get Onyx to back with "wiggle & wave" and marching.  That didn't work so well - he got agitated with the carrot stick and kicked out at me when I tried to longe him.  He also dragged me all over the pasture - definitely not pretty tonight; I'm debating if I should use the stick and string or not.

Elsa was just starting to turn the horses out when I started grooming Phoenix, so it wasn't great - he was anxious he was going to be left behind and miss out on the hay, so I took him out to the courtyard on the leadline and desensitized him to everything I could possibly think of, then yielded the hindquarters and forequarters for awhile.  Phoenix has remembered sidepassing, too - I'm surprised!
