It was quite cool this morning, but turned into a beautiful afternoon.  I met Penny Barteau for the first time, who is looking after the dentistry and chiropractic for the horses at the farm.  She thinks Phoenix could use some adjusting in the pelvis and also a joint supplement  She also floated his teeth today and got rid of the last of his hook.  Phoenix did great and only had to be sedated at the very end when she worked on the hook.  I just love on him while he recovered.

Went to see the boys this afternoon since it was Good Friday and our house is back on the market and somebody actually wanted to see it today  After mucking stalls, we took Phee and Onyx on a long, grazing walk through the back acreage and even did a little desensitizing in the woods since they got a little agitated in there.  We heard our first "peepers" of the season, so that may have bothered them.  We hosed the mud off their feet on our return, too.

Sunshine but cold today so we left the boys in the corral while we were out test-driving SUVs.  Turned them out in the roundpen for "supper" and they went right squirrely - racing around, bucking, kicking, and cork-screwing.
