Onyx was such a good boy today - we took him up to the top pasture/riding ring, groomed him, then lunged him a bit.  He was much softer today and stayed in the circle instead of pulling me around.  He over-anticipates changes of direction and gets himself worked up, but I see progress.  Afterwards, we gave him a bath since the weather was gorgeous - he did a lot of circles but was well-behaved.  Afterwards, we treated his feet with CopperSept.  Phoenix was being crusty today and pinned his ears when I went to see him, so it will be his turn tomorrow! 😉

Got home late from work, so I really didn't have time to do much with the boys other than put them in the roundpen with their hay.  Dave and I did a major rehaul of their corral and then scrubbed out their water tanks.  (We finally removed the heater, too!)  Little bit of grazing on the front lawn and then it was dark.
