Got to Belle Center about 9:30 this morning and saw they were doing a philosophy session to start the Apprentice Clinic with Shana, so Dave and I headed out back and said hello to Gale and Clinton.  He was filming another DVD series - this one about training an off-the-track TB that they'd gotten from a rescue after he broke his leg.  Clinton was roundpenning him so we watched them film for awhile, then said our hellos and headed inside since they were obviously busy.  Clinic was only groundwork today but still interesting.

Dave and I went to an auction today and bought our first farm tools - a pair of shovels for $1.  😊

Another really hot day that cooled off in the evening.  We let the horses graze the side pasture from 8:00-6:00 then moved them to the corral to rest while we had supper.  Afterwards, I did some Lungeing for Respect - halfway between stage 1 and 2 - in the roundpen with Onyx, desensitized him to the leadrope, stick and string, then I rode him bareback while Dave led Phee.  We went down to 14 and back then up to the Droogers and talked to them for awhile before coming home.
